"It will never end," he thought to himself.
"If there isn't a war now, there will always be echoes of wars past and rumors of wars present," he continued.
"The human race is addicted to war in the same way that a heroin addict wants heroin. Not aware of the effects he has on others, he searches to get high. Likewise, the makers of war don't care about who it affects, or what the long-term destruction will do. Basically, with every family being destroyed, you will always have new people growing up really pissed off, and they want revenge. Thus, you have a cycle of war."
"I don't know if humanity can break its addiction of war. It seems to need to get high every day."
"The human race needs an intervention."
